
To receive support for the Sphere Connect API, follow these guidelines:
Blackbaud provides online support for Sphere Connect. Refer to this documentation to learn how to use the Sphere Connect API.
For additional support, post any technical questions on the Sphere Connect Developer Community where your inquiry will be answered by an experienced Sphere Connect developer.
If you are a Sphere client and you are using a Sphere Connect Application, contact the application partner for direct support.
If you are a Sphere client working independently or with a technology partner that is using the Sphere Connect API, refer to the Sphere Connect API Documentation or post any technical questions on the Sphere Connect Developer Community.
Note: You must have a login to access the Sphere Connect Developer Community. To request access, submit a support ticket at http://www.blackbaud.com/cs-support.aspx.
Select the option that you are a Sphere client
Select Reporting and Data Administration as the module most relevant to your issue
Write in the subject line “Need access to Kintera Connect Developer Community”
Your request will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days.
You can also create a case by sending an email to spheresupport@blackbaud.com.
View a list of Blackbaud consulting partners, many of whom with API-based Sphere integration experience who can assist or implement a custom integration with Sphere.
Go to http://forums.blackbaud.com.
For existing Blackbaud customers:
Click Sign In.
Enter your username and password, and then click login.
For new users, or if you are not a customer:
Click Join.
Click register with our site.
Complete the required information, and click Submit.
You will receive further instructions via email.
